From being bullied most his life for being the “nerdy” kid, to getting injured in sports by herniating a disc in his spine and seriously hurting his shoulder, to going into a depression and high stress point in his life after his “dreams” were no longer going to be a reality. Jacob's story is the perfect example of how anybody, with enough perseverance and mental fortitude, can achieve what they demand out of their lives.
Currently, Jacob spends his time traveling and living the “Lifestyle Entrepreneur” life. He is a High Performance Consultant to extraordinary coaches, life changing business owners, and other entrepreneurs who are looking for that One Thing that is going to propel them forward. A former Professional Strength and Conditioning Coach and Elite Personal Trainer, he still remains an athlete at heart and you can catch him training in more individualized sports such as running and rowing. He gets to host his podcast and interviews some of the most inspiring and accomplished business minds and world class coaches as they get to share their stories.
